Returns & Refunds

xTreme Contacts does everything possible to meet the customer’s needs. Our return policies are quick and easy to satisfy the customer. If you have a question not answered below, do not hesitate to reach out to our friendly support team through the options listed on our contact page.

Our Return Policy supports the following:

  • Request for returns can be made by email to info@xtremecontacts.com In the email, please include the following information: first name, last name, order number, product(s) purchased that are being returned or exchanged, date(s) of purchase, photos of product(s), and if you are requesting an exchange or return of product(s).
  • Purchases can be returned up to 7 business days after USPS has delivered the purchase.
  • For an item to be eligible for return, the purchased product must be in the original condition that customer originally received the product, in the original packaging, and item must be unworn, unused, and unopened. This includes products that arrive in the form of either lens boxes, vials, bottles or other xTreme Contacts branded packaging. Items that have been damaged in the shipping process may be returned within the accepted return time frame of 7 business days days.
  • xTreme Contacts will not accept exchanges or returns for matters related to color or design. Please use your best judgement when selecting a color.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, xTreme Contacts will provide a full refund in the form of a credit to the payment method used for the original purchase, or an exchange will be authorized. 20 percent of customer’s funds may be withheld if product is not returned in its original packaging, or is returned in condition that cannot be resold.
  • When the returned product has been received, xTreme Contacts warehouse staff will thoroughly inspect product within 3 to 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please return package carefully to ensure products are not damaged in transit back to our warehouse.
  • When returning goods on which you have received a discount, that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount threshold. xTreme Contacts will make the appropriate refund adjustments accordingly when necessary.
  • Refunds may take 2 to 10 business days before credit reaches customer’s account. If you do not see your funds return after 10 business days, please contact your bank for further instruction.
